This 17 page ebook explains how to acquire the perfect balance of nutrients using real foods that will give you optimal fat loss, rev up your metabolism and help you burn calories as well as maintain energy all day long! Healthy snack suggestions and tasty recipes are included.

San Diego Personal Trainer Facility

By sharing the cost of a personal trainer with other members of the gym you get all the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost.

Appointments are not needed; a Certified Personal Trainer is on staff all the time to assist you in following your personalized routine.

Choose your program: 

Unlimited Training Sessions:        $284 per month (only $11 per day)

Nine training sessions:                $216 per month ($24 per session)

Five training sessions:                 $160 per month ($32 per session)

* We reward all of our members with 10% discount every month for each referral as they continue to use our services.
